The order and timings vary by school, but every club follows the same dependable rhythm.

  • Welcome & registration — a safe transition from school to club, with a wellbeing check-in.
  • Healthy snack — nutritious light bites and fresh fruit to recharge after the school day.
  • Daily activity focus — a different theme each day, drawn from our activity pillars.
  • Operation Outdoors — outdoor play and fresh air woven in whenever the weather allows.
  • Choice & chill time — freedom to choose: board games, reading or carrying on with activities.
  • Pick-up & handover — a calm collection with feedback for parents.

Play experts

Children need to play — we make sure they can

A school day is full of sitting still and following rules. Afterwards, our experienced playworkers give children what they actually need: proper time and space to play, move and choose for themselves — the kind of play that builds confidence, friendships and happier kids.

Active play

Team games, parachute play, playground sport and big-energy fun — led by playworkers who know how to get every child moving, included and grinning.

Games & imaginative play

Board games, construction, dens and role-play — child-led play that quietly builds problem-solving, teamwork and confidence.

Creative play

Arts, crafts, junk-modelling and making — open-ended creativity where having a go matters more than the result.

Ofsted registered · Inspected June 2026

Inspected by Ofsted

All our wraparound clubs are registered with Ofsted. In June 2026, Ofsted inspected our after-school club at The Ilsleys Primary School and awarded it the Expected standard, the highest grade possible for this type of inspection. Because the club is on the Early Years Register and no early years children were present on the inspection day, Ofsted assessed leadership and governance only, and ‘Expected standard’ is the top grade a setting can achieve in that situation. All Childcare Register requirements were met.

Expected standardChildcare Register: Met
“Leaders are highly reflective and dedicated to ensuring the club provides the best possible care for children.”
Leaders offer “a wide range of experiences, including sports activities, a variety of arts and crafts, and quiet spaces for those children that need it.”
