We run camps across all six school holidays — October half term, Christmas, February half term, Easter, May half term and Summer.
Exactly what we’ve got planned, week by week. Activities are grouped by age band and may swap around on the day.
Every day at camp is planned around a balance of activities, so there’s real variety and something for everyone. Across the day and the week children take part in a mix of active sports and games, creative and craft sessions, building and problem-solving challenges, and lots of outdoor play, all timetabled in blocks so there’s always something fresh to look forward to.
Children are grouped by age into our Explorers, Adventurers and Trailblazers, so each activity is pitched at the right level and children are alongside others of a similar age. This keeps things fair, safe and age-appropriate, especially during the more active and competitive sessions.
For some sessions, children aren’t fixed to their age group. Where an activity isn’t physically competitive, such as remote control cars, arts and crafts or Lego explorers, children can move up or down a group, perhaps to join a sibling or friend, or to follow something they’re really enjoying. For anything active or competitive they stay within their own age group, where grouping by age keeps it fair and safe.
Good to know
To make sure every child gets the best possible experience, we occasionally adjust our group structures based on the final number of children joining us. Our standard groups are the Explorers, Adventurers, and Trailblazers. If we need to condense into two groups, we’ll simply shift our age brackets to keep the energy high and the activities perfectly tailored to everyone on site.
Every day follows the same rhythm — six activity blocks woven between drop-off, snacks, lunch and outdoor play.
This is one of our newer venues and has not yet had its own Ofsted inspection. Our most recent holiday-camp inspection — at Holme Grange School in Wokingham — was rated Strong standard by Ofsted, with all safeguarding standards met. It reflects the same care, team and standards we bring to every site.
